Description - "If you live between Bloomfield Street and Willow Ave and between 1st Street and 4th Street, PLEASE JOIN the 1st Ward Block Association. This is a non-political Neighborhood Group that meets once a month. Each summer, we get together for a Block Party and each winter we get together for a Winter/Holiday Party. We also raise money each year for our Scholarship Fund! This fund awards $1,000 to a Hoboken resident, graduating high school senior. We also participate in neighborhood beautification efforts and contribute to other local causes.
