I would say snails pace too. Why is the foundation so deep? Every time it rains they spend 3-7 days pumping out all the water. They have a pump there now on the north side near Marbella running continuously. They dug the foundation Well below the water table. The whole basement will always be damp in that building. Trump Plaza and the buildings near Grove Street didn't dig nearly as deep and they aren't having the problems A has been having with the water. The forecast has rain sometime tonight, Fri, Sat, Sun and Mon. I bet A makes no progress over the next week with all the water they get in their foundation.
