Earlier in the year I remember hearing 70-75% sold. Currently, they have been saying 85% sold. So they are moving at a good pace, especially given the high prices. |

Wow.....November to now (May) is 6 months.
So..let me get this straight... if we want to resale our units later after we close....we should expect it to be on the market for over 1/2+ a year (6 plus months) before it is sold.  |

There was a 2BR on the 6th floor advertised in NY Times last weekend. It faces south.
Regarding those who were given late move-in dates -- did they contact you to let you know about the revised schedule or did you call them? I am on the 5th floor and haven't heard anything yet. Would love to get a sense of when I might close. |
