funny how all the maxwell buyers were tooting their own horns and patting themselves on the back, bragging how they got in... compare the posts from 6 months go to now... verrrrrrrrry different story and sentiment on these boards..

Recent posts on these boards are far more telling than all the press talking about a real estate slow down.

I'm still tooting my own horn. I have a direct view unit, got it in the lottery. If I sell it at 900/sq.ft. (the very low end of what I could get, 1100 being the high end) I profit 50% of the total unit cost - or 500% of my downpayment.

But are you selling it? And if so when?

What does it matter? I still get the right to toot my horn seeing as how well I'm doing right now.
I'm sure you'd die to be in position.

**my position**

Though maybe I shouldn't edit that - you seem like the kind of guy who enjoys being in position.

Nope, not envious at all. Just curious.

And it does matter - if you go to sell and can't get anywhere near even your lowest (which I'm not saying will happen), that tooting will die down pretty fast.
