I think Elysian Cafe's burger is one of the best burgers.. make sure to get it with the Gruyere cheese..

Not in Hoboken.....but if when you're drunk. The burger at White Mana's (Manhattan Ave) are the best. Make sure they didn't just clean the grill though.
