Has anyone noticed the construction seems to have stopped on the building next to 1500 Washington Street?
I am hearing the building may be sinking. Issues with the foundation and the water from the Hudson. If so, isn't the Tea Building on the same lot? |

1. Where did you get your information?
2. Construction hasn't stopped. 3. There were/are no water issues associated with the Hudson and foundation. The building has been here 100 years. 4. Some of Hoboken's highest points are waterfront. It's the back of town near the cliff that is most low-lying. |

what building are you talking about? The Sovereign? The old shell being worked on closer to Park Ave, or the new foundation going in east of the Park on Park garage??????
