Review - I called to ask for advice concerning a mouse in an apartment. The man I spoke with was rude, insisting that I use his $150 service and $40 monthly service afterwards to guarantee no mice. When I suggested I just get a mouse trap I was told that wouldn't work and when I questioned further, he told me to get a mouse trap and hung up on me.
