Review - This office is very unprofessional and unhelpful. They lost an extremely valuable letter which enclosed a business payment. The letter was supposed to be sent from the Grand Street Station to the Hoboken Main on 8.10.05 as requested. I went to the main street station on 8.12 at 5:15 p.m. and the women there told me that she couldn't find our letter and to sign the ticket and she would have Grand Street deliver the package directly to our apartment box. The letter was never delivered and was sent to Newark and then sent back to Canada. This is unacceptable to us and I would like the Hoboken Office to compensate us on this mistake.

Review - Hoboken's post office is without a doubt the most inefficiently run business I have ever experienced. The employees are unmotivated, unhelpful, and move at speed at which paint drys. I have never been in the post office without waiting for at least 20 minutes regardless of how many people are actually there. Not to mention the employees are unfriendly. On top of all of that they lost a valuable package that was supposed to be delivered to me.

Review - This morning I had an altercation with one of the postmen. This gentleman went into the foyer of my building to drop off a package at approximately 9:00 am. I saw him enter the building as I was approaching with my dog. As I reached the top of the stairs and reached for my key to open the front door, the door swung open forcefully and hit my arm scraping it. I said, �Ouch! What did you do that for!� and he replied, �The dog.� It was then that I realized that this was not an accident and that he was trying to hit the dog because he was scared of it. I asked him, �Why would you hit us with the door?� and he said �the dog,� My dog is a large breed, but completely harmless, in fact, he was sitting next to me wagging his tail as I was confronting this postman. I looked down at the dog and pointed to him saying, �He wouldn�t hurt you!� The gentleman replied �How would I know!� .It is unacceptable for this gentleman to swing a door open trying to hit my dog. It is even more unsettling that I could have stepped back and fallen down the stairs. He did break the skin on my arm and he didn�t even apologize. I felt assaulted and shaken.
