Review - I had called for an apointment for my two teens and was provided with appointments within a week. The visit went very well. The doctor was very informative and took his time with my teens. Once the contacts were received - my teens were called one at a time to set apointments. Since it was my son's first time using contacts-this center provided a how to session and followed up with another visit to make sure the contacts were the right one for him. Everyone was very pleasant and my teens will go back as soon as they need to refill their contact prescriptions.

Review - not very good with people, but professional. the staff is unorganized, and clueless about how to help people find frames. they try hard though, but just seem like they need training.

Review - I've been going there for vision care for several years now. The doctor and staff are very friendly, and I have never had a problem with scheduling or lost files or anything. Love that I never have to wait more than a couple of minutes when I go for an appointment. Doctor is very caring and professional.

Review - I went there for an eye exam due to the fact I'm considering braces. I was able to go there immediatly after I called, due to the fact they had no appointments at the moment. I guess I was lucky.
The doctor did the eye exam very quickly and well, and the staff was kind. The only problem is, they didn't give me any paperwork back discussing the pricing of contacts.
Besides that, I see no problems.

Review - Very disorganized. They continually lose my file, and when I tried to order lenses from another contact lens provider, they lied to them and told them by presciption had expired (it hadn't, and I confronted them on it and they admitted that it hadn't). The gentleman seems very customer focused (perhaps the owner) but he is not always around. The older lady (perhaps the other ownder) is rude and completely not customer focused.

Review - Troublesome scheduling. I was mis-scheduled. I went in for my appointment that I had made 2 weeks earlier, and was told that the optician doesn't work on Tuesdays, although I had been scheduled by the secretary for a Tuesday. I was given a new appointment that same week, but decided to go elsewere. Note: Watch out for their address! It is correct on this website, but other websites list a different address, on Park Ave., which is not correct.
