Review - nice place but not the best location and noisy HVA

Review - Bought in the building when it was completed. Great building as it is all concrete construction. Won two construction awards. Compared to the rest of Hoboken condos that tend to be long and narrow with windows at end of rooms - these have lot of windows all the way around. Close to Holland Tunnel, close to all the new shopping and very nice to have a private van driver that takes owners to and from the PATH Mon-Fri. Building needs a little redecorating in the lobby but overall building is fine. Recently several owners have rented out their space versus selling. Conceirge is only part time - and could be upgraded with a replacement person. Gym, Steam Room, Sauna on the 2nd floor. Total units in building 67. Nice size without being too large or too small. Would recommend not to purchase a 2nd floor unit as they are small. Stay with an A-C-D or F Unit from the 6th floor to the 11th floor - largest apartments with best views.
