Review - Overall, I am pleased with the results of this new construction. Although their were plenty of kinks involved, broken granite, floor board damage, paint chips..all are merely cosnetic and have gradually been fixed. Metroholmes are great builders with good quality.

Review - What is the multi-story building going up just north of Cypress (right against the viaduct)?? I would be so ticked off if I had a unit facing that way as they just destroyed your view with a 15 foot wide alley.

Review - This property will benefit from the new Upper Grand buildings accross the street. Also MetroHomes is completing a show room adjacent to the building.
