Review - In terms of timeliness, they are horrible. Making an appointment really means nothing. They've come anywhere from an hour early to three hours late. This has put me in a bind more than once. However the level of cleaning is acceptable. It doesn't quite smell as fresh as I would have liked or expected, but everything is well cleaned (especially things that I explicitly point out). Also, while some people don't like having several women cleaning as a group, I don't mind it, as it makes for a speedier service turnaround time. I should point out that I am usually home when they clean, so in turn I may get better than average service.

Review - I arranged for All Seasons to clean my apartment, including my carpet, on a Saturday. They were to arrive between 1 pm and 1:30 pm. They did not arrive. At 2:15 I called and was told they were busy with another client but that they would call me back ASAP to tell me when they would be ready to come over. They never returned my call and they never came. I called back at 3:00 and left a message because nobody picked up. I called again at 4:00 and there was still no answer. Nobody called, nobody came. My afternoon was wasted and obviously, the apartment was not cleaned. These are the simple facts of the matter.
