Review - This building looks beautiful, but don't be fooled. The location is much less than ideal; there are cops on the corners at all hours of the day and night.
More importantly however, the management company is totally unresponsive and does nothing to see that basic functions are taken care of in the building. For instance, they won't coordinate with PSE&G; so that the meter reading can be taken. So for up to 5 months at a time you will be given an estimated reading b/c no superintendent will be assigned by the management co. to unlock the meter room. This will result in being charged for more than double the actual meter reading.
The super who actually lives in the building can never be seen actually doing anything, and in fact, is not the person to call if something needs fixing. For that you need to call the main office of the management co., and they tell you that they will see what they can do about getting someone out to you in the next few weeks.
The parking garage is another nightmare. The spaces are almost impossible to fit in, and people are seen attempting to park there cars for more than 5 minutes just to get into them.
