Review - Pilates Instruction at its best! Renaissance Pilates is an excellent studio with a professionally trained staff through STOTT instruction. I was overly impressed as soon as I walked into the gorgeous space with warm burnt orange walls and gold leaf columns! I feel like I walk into a new world once I step inside, with the ambiance allowing me to free my mind and my body!. (not to mention the drastic change in both)!
I learned Pilates with the proper form and principle and continue to attend as aften as I can. I recomend this Pilates studio to every one. It doesnt't get better than this-outside of New York!
