Review - I am the President of a condo association in Hoboken. Our association hired R&A; to deal with our cleaning and garbage removal. Their work and customer service is so great that we have given them other jobs (both big and small) in our building. Every time the work has exceeded our expectations. They pay great attention to detail and how the work relates to the building overall. In addition to the great service they were less expensive then many other companies we initially contacted to work in our building. R&A; is my first call and I highly recommend them.

Review - Rich gave my building an excellent cleaning at a fair price. He is responsive, professional, and clearly cares about his clients. He and his crew did more than we asked them for, and did it on time and on budget. He is careful and concerned. I recommend him highly.

Review - I am a property manager with RobinsOak Management. We have been using R&A; Maintenance to service several of our buildings for a few years now. We very much appreciate the courteousness and thoroughness with which Rich and Anna conduct their business. If you need a professional cleaner, you can't go wrong with R&A; Maintenance. I strongly recommend them.

Review - Richie and Anna do a great job and they are wonderful people. They work at my building on Washington Street. They stick to their schedule, do a great job cleaning, and are always there to take out the trash. A freind of mine in another building switched to R&A; after she saw what kind of job they did. Im positive they do the same good job there too. I higly recommend them.

Review - I am a unit owner at one of the buildings that are maintained by R&A; Maintenance. I am so impressed with how clean the building is! It has never been so clean before! I recommend R&A; Maintenance for any building! They are reliable and when they say detailed work, they mean DETAILED work!!!

Review - Rich has been cleaning my building since last summer (see my initial post from August). After six months, he's never disappointed, and always exceeded my expectations. I can count on Rich to take care of extra small tasks without asking, and when I need assistance or a favor, he always says yes and it always gets done. I wish all businesses operated with the care and concern that R&A; does.

Review - I found R&A; on Kannekt.com a few weeks ago, saw the great reviews and decided to give them a call. I talked to Rich, we scheduled an appointment and soon enough they were working in my building. I have been living here for 14 years and have never seen the building cleaner. They really do an excellent job.
