Review - River bend is awful... there is never any parking, unless you pay the $150/ a month, people don't clean up after their dogs, their shit is every where, hallways don't have air conditioning, so it is so hot and muggy, no hot water ever, pools are always dirty, over crowded, and life guards are never on watch. Maintainece takes forever, you have to email them a couple times and when they do show up they never finish their job. Can't wait for the lease to be up...

Review - Rent is very high; management office ignored the mandatory 90-day notice when they plan to rais rent, tried to increase rent by 12% with one week's notice; staff was unprofessional and unresponsive

Review - Riverbend is awful. High rents, dirty hallways, poor facilities and worst of all NO HOT WATER in the mornings.

Review - I lived at River Bend and everything seemed great at first and it almost seemed to justify the high rent!! There is a concierge but they failed to informe me of guests, maintainece requests staretd to take a week and a half to fix, special instructions were ignored, appointements not kept. Also, I did not have a choice of service to use for laundry service!!!! All in all, its great location and the amenties are decent but the experience left a lot to be desired!!
