Review - Wow, I can't believe this company was so rude. They were not polite or professional in anyway. Thank goodness for reviews! I went to the listed location and no one was even there, and this is after I called in advance. I called them again on the phone and they were rude. I wouldn't even waste my time with this company. They surely do not know how to do business.

Review - Hoboken resident, used Alpha on a variety of occasions, and various of my family members used them as well. Moves were always great - timely, careful and on budget. I am sure your bad experience was an isolated incident.

Review - I moved from Hudson St. in Hoboken to the Tea Building (Washington St. in Hoboken -- 1 street away). I used Alpha at the recommendation of the Tea Building Superintendent. They were awful. They showed up late, and it was clear that it was the first job for one of the movers. It took over 6 hours, and only because my dad helped unload the truck and bring boxes into the new apt. And the price was, of course, much higher than I had been quoted. I am, unfortunately, a frequent mover, and this was far and away my worst moving experience -- worse even than my move out of a Ground Zero apt. under extreme time constraints.

Review - I hired Alpha Moving & Storage to do a move for me. They quoted me a price over the telephone and when they arrived at my home the price jumped to 3x the amount they quoted me. They misled me and when I had to store items in their storage facility they constantly jumped the prices from one price to another price every 2 to 3 months. I found them to be a very rude moving and storage company.
