Review - Overal a very pitiful and unprofessional experience. Moderate advertising and low showings however, customer service as a seller was practically non-existent. Adevil may care attitude with the agent/broker overall in which they practice doing the least amount of work possible for the highest commission rates. No phone calls made or returned, no updates and no personal visits on any basis whatsoever. Basically once I signed the listing agreement and then a contract to sell several months later the agent/broker just dissapeared without a trace and offered no further help on my behalf, even when I complained.
