Review - This is far and away the best pharmacy I've ever been to. Tried Duane Reade and others, but always had problems. Victor is wonderful. One time I had a problem with insurance and Victor gave me a few pills to tide me over. Try getting Duane Reade to do that. Some of the counter girls could be friendlier, but this pharmacy is first class.

Review - The pharmacists and staff at Newport consistently go above and beyond to help their customers. They go out of their way to assure that prescriptions are filled as quickly and as inexpensively as possible. My son has a chronic illness that requires numerous medications every month. His condition would be much harder to deal with without this wonderful pharmacy.

Review - I have to second the other reviewer's comments -- Victor is phenomenal. And the young ladies who usually work the counter in the evenings are as humorless and sullen as can be. This pharmacy nonetheless a fine example of why, if given any choice in the matter, you should support your local small independent business with a human face instead of your faceless corporate megachain.
