Review - The T1 line is spotty, and sometimes awful. Even at its best, it's noticeably slower than the service I've had with cable modems from companies like Time-Warner, Road Runner. I wish I could sign up for an outside cable company and use their Internet service. I really dislike being stuck with this as my only choice.

Review - This is a terrible service. The worst thing about it is that it confines you to only one choice for everything else, like cable, broadband internet, etc .. (A monopoly engineered by none other than the builder Lefrak itself). Don't sign it up just because the rental office tells you to (which I did).

Review - I second that. The T1 line is slower than a dial-up service. It is truly aweful. There is talk that Comcast is coming to the towers in Feb/Mar 2005, hopefully cable modem will be offered then.

Review - They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. They have a monopoly in the area and do no permit any competitors to set up service in the buildings that they service. They T1 line is always down. I'm still waiting on refunds from several months back. When there is a problem it's not fixed until a month or two passes.
If you have a choice go with someone else. If you don't, do not live in Newport New Jersey if you require Phone and Internet service.
