Review - I've only gone to the gentle/restorative classes, but the teacher (and owner?) Elaine is excellent. She explains everything is very attentive, so I feel this studio is great even for beginners, but can challenge experienced practitioners also. The small studio is pleasant and calming. At $15 a class the prices are very reasonable (and even cheaper with a multi-class card or unlimited pass). A friend recommended this studio to me, and I'm really glad she did.

Review - This is a jewel of a yoga studio. Small enough to get personalized attention and super friendly. They offer massage on the premises, which I have yet to try, and use lots of props in the classes. Friendly people. Love it.
