Review - This is a nice building to reside in. Compared to other new constructions i've looked into, this one seems like fair-good value. The ceilings are nice and flat (not popcorn ceiling), heated tiles in the bathroom, and minor options to upgrade kitchen (i.e., granite). However, the lobby is not fully decorated yet... but i do understand that this is on the way. Overall fair-good rating. Also, it is adjacaent to a nice block of restaurants and stores on Grove St.

Review - The rents are probably high for the area, but if you're coming from the City, the value/compromise versus the quality, history of the building and area -- worth looking into! Only complaint -- renters should be given the option of applying rents to a future purchase. Infrastructure needs to be added to this area of Jersey City if property owners want to continue attracting the type of people who can and are willing to pay these rents.
