Review - I hope 1 is the lowest...the company has the worst customer service. I went to the office to complain about them putting wires on my home,there was no one to talk to.

Review - The channel lineup is pretty lousy and the digital service w/ premiums is very expensive. I'd love to see them add at least Boomerang, IFC and Trio to their lineup. The DVR is a great deal ($10 a month) and maybe the best thing I've gotten for my television.
The service is solid. They come when they say they will and there is 24-hour customer phone service. Very little outages, but the digital cable does garble occasionally (as is expected.)
