Review - This is not a review, but I have the need to say something about Angel Luis Ramos for whom this playground is named. Angel and I were serving together in the 25th Infantry Division when he was killed in action on October 10, 1968, less than three weeks after arriving in Vietnam. Our company was ambushed while crossing a field of cucumbers. Angel fell that day with two other heros, Ronnie Blair and Waymon Triggs. The tragedy of that day continues to affect those of us who remember them. A playground seems a fitting memorial to Angel and if I ever find myself in Jersey City I will visit it and have another cry over a good man who left his family too early in his life.
