Review - Ate at Amelia's on New Year's Eve after finding out that everything else was either booked or had an outrageously overpriced prix-fixe (looking in your direction, Light Horse).
Anyway, I couldn't have been happier with the food or service at Amelia's. the mortar/pestle hummus with the bread is a great interactive touch to the meal, and the pre-dinner drinks were fantastic (i had the espresso martini, while my girlfriend had the pomegranite cosmo).
Perhaps the part that impressed me most is the extremely modest pricing of the wine list. We had a bottle of Coppola Diamond Series chardonnay, which retails for $15-$18 for only $25! Maybe it's b/c they're a new restaurant and plan on jacking up the prices soon, but that's good pricing, people.
For entrees I had the salmon, which was delicous, but my girlfriend's shrimp/mushroom risotto was the big winner.
I'd go back in a heartbeat

Review - I primarily do delivery and they are really accommodating and very personable. This is a great addition to the neighborhood. The menu is quite varied, which at first makes you question whether they can be all things to all people. Well they made me a believer. I've tried almost all of the entrees and love each one and I'm a real tough nut to crack.
The crab cakes are amazing (and I know from crab cakes), salads are excellent(primo Caesar). The penne vodka is fantastic (I do mine w/ grilled shrimp). Yes they will even modify the menu for you. I could go on, but I'm getting hungry. The only downside is they know me now and it's a little embarassing how ofetn I order from them. :-)

Review - Great place- The food is a little different, but everything I have tasted has been very good- They even bring a wooden mortar and pestal with all the needed ingrediants to make your own fresh humus!- Very nice touch!

Review - My fiance and I have been to Amelia's twice now. In April and in January of 2005. Both times we have really enjoyed ourselves. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The food is really very good and everything is so reasonably priced. Sancerre for $27? Great!! We will go back to Amelia's time and time again. And that's saying something as we are both non smoker's and Amelia's is a non smoking establishment.

Review - I have to say that this is a really great all purpose place. I have had dinner there with family, drinks with friends and it's a great initmate setting as well. The food is excellent, the drinks are excellent and moderately priced and the staff is wonderful, especially Chris the bartender who makes you feel right at home

Review - You have to check this place out. The food is great. When you come in they serve you mortar & pestle with beans, garlic and olive oil(very very good and original). Also the music is great and very friendly service. Good luck to them. Very nice neighborhood place. Oh and they are also doing deliveries.
