Review - Looking to buy. Haven't seen many units available for sale tho. Can current residents discuss any problems w/ their units? Heard there were some issues regarding water-proofing. How have these issues been resolved? How much are those new units going to cost?

Review - The law suit at Riva Pointe had nothing to do with pilings. The pier is constructed of steel and concrete. It is a wonderful investment and has 90 new units for sale. Expected delivery is Dec. 2005.

Review - I was told by my realtor that there was a large lawsuit that was rececently settled about the loose pilings which the building is built on. I'm not sure it's the wisest investment right now.
